Creative Direct Mail Marketing Campaign
Spirax Sarco are Global leaders in providing steam solutions to a diverse market spanning over 100 countries. With their head office based in Cheltenham, Onside provide regular design, creative ideas and marketing support to their in-house marketing team.
Our most recent project for Spirax Sarco was to raise awareness of Steam Valve Refurbishment and Servicing by creating and designing an item of highly targeted direct mail. As all direct mail marketing literature, the aim is to engage, educate and ultimately generate a response with clear messaging. To achieve this, we concentrated on three aspects of concern for the recipient – valve efficiency, valve service and valve compliance – and introduced a clever dual meaning within the copy. As the roll-fold mailer was opened, the initial question posed was answered and instantly encouraged the recipient to read further, posing another concern/question.
Combining strong messaging, simple icons, clever copy, great design and the ability to understand our customer’s market ensured the campaign was well received internally and generated a huge response from its recipients.
